Key west electrical/battery problems

Hey everyone! New to the forum. I've had my TGB for 6 years now and it is still going strong! However, I can only kickstart it. The electric start doesn't work and neither do my signals. My oil light is always on and my horn doesn't work unless i'm cruising around for awhile. So, what is the best battery that can help me and how can I keep it charged. Also, what else could be the problem. The last time I swapped my battery, it didn't really help at all. Any ideas?!

a good battery would be the first thing .
then check the connections are clean and tight.
make sure the motor ground wire is connected  and clean.

make sure the magneto is working
put a meter on the battery then turn on the key check voltage
then  rev the motor a bit and see if there is voltage going in the battery ,
you will notice the voltage rise a volt or so per minute if its working.

Thanks for the tips! I'm going to purchase a new battery tomorrow. What is the best battery to pick up? What size works best? It's a 2007. Also, I have a problem with my front disk brake. It sticks like crazy. I can't use it because it will get stuck on and won't release. i tried bleeding the lines and no luck. Any ideas?
