key west not running correctly

Just purchased a 2007 key west with 1807 miles on it for my son.  have put roughly 40 miles on it.  It has been running poorly.  I changed the gear case oil, cleaned and reoiled the air filter, and changed the plug with a new properly gapped plug.  it starts and idles fine (although low) and runs fine for a little bit each time it is ridden.  As it warms up it begins to stumble and bog at higher throttle settings.  I drained the gas tank and replaced with new fuel and removed and cleaned the carb.  It ran fine for a few miles and again is bogging and stumbling at higher throttle settings.  If it begins to bog, if you lessen the throttle it catches itself and continues to run but if you hold that throttle setting it bogs the engine and begins to run down.

Any idea's what else to look at to cure the problem.

Thank you for your help.

check for air leaks in and around the
rubber around both sides of the carb.
clean the main jet ,and needle jet  again.

if it runs good when cold that means  it runs good at a  richer setting.
something happens when the choke passages get closed off by the auto choke
plunger.

do you know if the jets are right?
60 main
17.5 idle

Thanks for the reply harry.

I will check the jets when I clean them again.  Do you know where the # is stamped into them?  and Where should the main needle be set as far as grooves, second, third???  Should I replace the fuel filter.  Could it remain contaminated and clogged if I did have bad fuel?

the numbers are tiny and sometimes oem jets are unmarked
the idle is marked  just below the threads
and the main is marked  on the top
clip is in the 3rd groove ~  middle
badly clogged will slow down fuel flow .water can
pass into the carb .  they are cheap .
