2011 rs50 oil pump light

New to the forum
Hope im posting in the right place

Was just wondering how to tell if the oil pump is working? There is smoke coming out of the exhaust but the oil lamp illuminates at 60km/h and the resivour is full. Any info would be great

put a bit of 50:1 mix  in the tank , then
you can remove the oil line from the carb  run the motor
and watch for oil coming out the hose... its a tiny amount
and it may take a few minutes to see the flow..
