Won't accelerate

Hi guys! I need help...
It's about my tgb scooter 50cc.
When I start riding it and accelerate the gas it won't go thru,it's like there's no gas going thru or it needs something to bust it..anyone experience this kind of situation.i was hoping its only the spark plug.any suggestion? Thanks.

well  if i understand  your post and btw it seems to be in some kind of
 code ....
 you have no fuel flow? 
bad hose or shut off , fuel filter issues.

i don't know  what  you broke  or want  to break 
as far as suggestions , perhaps re post your question ?

Sounds like you got some bad gas. Drain and replace your gas. If that doesn't work, then clean the carb and install a new fuel filter.

Thanks for reply. I will try all your suggestion.
But it's weird because when I'm not riding the scooter and accelate the gas while its on the double stand it runs well.but when I'm riding it and try to reach 20km per hour suddenly its stop and won't accelerate anymore and sometimes it shut down the motor.

usually  if its  a fuel issue it will act like its running out of gas and
 choke and sputter.
 electrical is different  it will just die with no sputtering.
 with the exception of spark plugs, sometimes they will give false
clues faking you out in thinking  its fuel related.
 so don't be  faked replace the plug for good measure...

Hi guys its me again it's still about my r50x tgb scooter.
Here's the list what I already did in my scooter
Empty the tank
Change the gas
Change the gas filter
Change spark plug
Change battery
Check wiring
Check and clean carb orator
But still it doesn't work properly..more info please I really appreciate it....

is the cable adjusted so the carb is fully open at full throttle ?
any blockage in the air delivery system ,  clean the air filter?

low speed  or 1/4 throttle is the idle jet
mid range is the needle &needle jet and high ( 3/4 )speed is the main
 if you get bog or choke and dies  at any of the above points
check and clean corresponding  jet.

did you check the settings before you removed the airscrew
or idle screw when you cleaned the carb before?
