I found a rm50 with 10miles on it for $400... Is that a good buy? Im 22 and i like speed so the whole idea was to get something i could zip around town in that sips gas... Im not against mods at all, I want to go fast enough on a budget... Thanks for any help...

$400 for a almost new scooter  thats a good deal
10 miles is hardly anything  i put 5-8 miles
 on when i prep 7 road test a scooter for sale.
 
and yes you can make it go fast
BUT do run in the motor before you mod it 
say at about 300-400 miles .
 when your ready then PM me and i'll line you up
with the right stuff 
no changing out the cylinder
just adding a clutch , sliding weights & cdi 
along with removing the restrictor you should see speeds of
45-50mph.

the 4 cycles can be modded  but need somthing else

Ok i found that web site before but still unsure if i want to go this route. i also found a laser 150 for $1000 that im thinking about but that kills the budget for moding it.
