2008 Outback 425 Carb

Can't start - Engine Have Spark - engine is turning over - I have two black tubes that are connected to the carb bur nothing on the other end. One is thicker goes in near where air intake is - The other is just above the float bowl - smaller tube - next to what looks like a electrical connector  (flat piece that a female connector could connect to.

Need top know if anyone can send a diagram of how they should connect  - Picture would be great

you have a CV carb on that ATV it has
2(+1) hoses ,one for fuel and one for vacuum.
and usually one drain hose for fuel overflow unless it got knocked off.

fuel usually is the bigger of the 2 tubes
find the fuel shut off the gas line should go to there.
 
the vac line usually comes  from the intake manifold should be a
fitting for a hose
